Imad Ahmed is a Senior Economist at Vivid Economics, London, and is completing a PhD in the economics of infrastructure at University College London.
He has worked as a World Bank-funded embedded PPP Transactions & Economic Advisor to the Government of Rwanda at large, based at the Rwanda Development Board, and as a Special Policy Advisor to Rwanda’s Treasury Secretary. He has helped Rwanda execute several power purchase agreements.
Imad has a Master of International Business degree from Tufts University and a Bachelor’s in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
