Isa Ferrall is a PhD student in the Energy and Resources Group at the University of California, Berkeley, with an emphasis in Development Engineering and certificate in Applied Data Science. She works in the Renewable and Appropriate Energy Lab. Isa is interested in the frontier of solar energy and studies the impact of solar on rural electrification, energy transitions, and electricity reliability using data-driven methods.
Isa holds a BSE with distinction in Mechanical Engineering and a certificate in Energy and the Environment from Duke University, and an MSc in Energy and Resources from the University of California, Berkeley.
