EEG’s first call for applications is now open
The General Call for Application welcomes research proposals that relate to EEG’s four priority areas: electricity reliability, grid access, renewable energy, and efficient and productive use of electricity. Within these themes particular attention will be paid to applied research addressing the influences of technology and policy, impacts of electrification on productivity, gender inclusion and fragile and conflict affected situations, as well as research that leads to improved processes for decision support. Proposals should relate to low income countries in Sub-Saharan Africa and South Asia.
The Sierra Leone Call for Applications invites research proposals in response to 16 policy issues prioritised by Sierra Leone energy sector stakeholders. Proposals that develop research questions that can address more than one of these issues in an integrated and coherent manner will be prioritised.
Proposals should last for a maximum of 2.5 years.
Letters of Intent need to be submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org by the 30 April 2018.
