This paper reports the findings of a study carried out by Winrock International (supported by the Energy and Economic Growth Applied Research Programme (EEG) managed by Oxford Policy Management and funded by FCDO) that examined the impact of two different systems of electricity distribution on the growth of economic enterprises and local employment generation in rural Nepal.
